We are thrilled to introduce our 2022 Albarino Reserve, which is produced from grapes harvested from the “Dry Bench” area of our South Mountain Vineyard. The low fertility soil in these sections stresses the grapevines so they produce fruit of extraordinary flavor. After pressing, the juice was fermented and aged in Burgundian oak barrels sur lie for six months.

The resulting wine displays beautiful aromas of fresh lime, pine nuts, white lilac and wet stone, with a chalky, bone-dry finish.

Avg Brix at Harvest: 22.0º

Aging: 7 months in neutral oak, 25% New

Alcohol: 13.0%
