Veritas is a traditional dessert wine made from grapes grown at our Long Green Vineyard that we patiently aged in neutral French oaked barrels for multiple years; to create the finished wine we draw a portion from each barrel in accordance with the “Solera System” of fractional blending. Gradual oxidation during the maturation process brings forth a seductive aroma of orange, walnut, and caramel with a rich full-bodied flavor. Ready for current enjoyment, but also highly age-worthy.
