Our Barn Chardonnay exemplifies the adage that “good wine is made in the vineyard”.  Its subtle yet complex flavor profile is created by blending several clones of Chardonnay that we grow in our two estate vineyards - Long Green and South Mountain.  We ferment and age our Chardonnay in stainless steel to give full voice to its “terroir” - the imprint of the vineyards – and the wine is allowed to rest on its yeast lees for several months to add suppleness to its flavor.
